1.  Transfer from airport Cilipi - Dubrovnik to Montenegro?

During the summer season there are scheduled bus lines from Cilipi airport (Dubrovnik - Republic of Croatia) to all tourist destinations along the Montenegrin littoral. Out of season, there are many private taxis.
Recently an official line was re-established between Ulcinj and Split (Republic of Croatia).

2.  Currency, ATM and credit cards?

The official currency in Montenegro is the EURO. In all cities there are ATMs linked to Visa and MasterCard. It is also possible to exchange currencies at Banks, as well as withdraw money from credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, ...). Some Banks offer services for cashing Travellers Cheques. At many shops, petrol stations and boutiques it is possible to pay by credit card but not yet on the same scale as other European countries.

3.  Visa and other necessary documents?

Citizens of most European countries do not need a visa for visiting Montenegro for up to 30 days (list of countries that do not require visa). To enter Montenegro all you need is a valid passport. For all other countries it is necessary to obtain an entrance visa in the embassies or consular offices of

4.  Airports and timetable of flights?

You can reach Montenegro by air through 3 international airports: Podgorica, Tivat and Cilipi (located near Dubrovnik, in the Republic of Croatia). The timetable of flights is subject to change and depends on the season; we suggest that you visit the official web sites of the airline companies you wish to use.

6.  Extreme and adventure tourism?

Adventure and extreme tourism in Montenegro is becoming more and more developed. Ideal natural and climatic conditions serve all modern kinds of extreme and adventure tourism (horse riding, mountain biking, sailing, snowboarding, canoeing, rafting, climbing, paragliding-gliding, ...). The Montenegrin littoral and the nearby mountains offer adventure seeking tourists a lot of fun and challenges.
There are also more and more specialised agencies that offer this kind of holiday and fun.

It is not yet possible to make online bookings through our web site. The Montenegrin online services are still at a low level and our company does not wish to enter into operations that would create any kind of inconvenience to our visitors and clients. Furthermore, we wish to be the best tourist web site of Montenegro with the best information and services for all our visitors. We currently have a considerable number of regular visitors satisfied with our care, quick replies, our kindness, but above all professional relation to all facts connected with tourism and services in Montenegro. As soon as we have created comfortable and secure conditions for online booking, our company will start offering these services to our clients.
There are a number of tourist agencies in Montenegro that engage in online booking, but our company so far does not stand behind any agency that offers such services. 8.  Condition of roads in Montenegro?

There is a considerable covering of tarred roads of various categories in Montenegro. The most important roads are in a good condition.

We recommend that all drivers are cautious and allow for possible land slides, slippery roads and tunnels without lights. There are many dangerous areas in Montenegro concerning the configuration of terrain.

We expect the condition of the roads in Montenegro to constantly improve so that tourists can arrive at their preferred destinations safely and faster.
