In reference to the public announcement which we sent to your attention concerning the public tender for sale of shares of the company Jadran Perast AD and public tender for the sale of the hotel "Vile Oliva" we like to inform you about the change of deadlines for submission for both projects.

Please note the new deadlines as outlined in the attachment.
