Persons holding a Refugee Travel Document, issued by a signatory to the 1951 Geneva Convention related to the Status of Refugees; a Stateless Persons' Travel Document, issued by a signatory to the 1954 Geneva Convention related to the Status of Stateless Persons; an Alien's Passport or other travel document with equal status, may enter, pass through or stay in Montenegro for up to 90 days if a visa has been stamped on the travel document.
Persons holding travel documents for aliens, such as a Permit to Re-enter or Refugee Travel Document, are required to obtain a visa to enter Montenegro.
