The first work on building an eco-resort “Porto Skadar Lake” will start on Skadar Lake in September, on the peninsula Biški tail, near the village of Mihailovici.
General Manager of “Montenegro resort” Ivan Zindović said to be the first guests to receive in 2018, when they plan to complete the construction of the hotel and part of the villa.
“We will build in two phases. The first will be built hotel complexes, and in the other exclusive villas. The total investment will cost about 75 million euros, said Zindović”.
He explained that on the Biški tail is planned to build 51 hotel units, 32 villas, a marina at the shore of the peninsula and a restaurant at the top, where they will see the whole lake. He said that the purchase of land in this area began seven years ago, when the French investor and owner of the future eco-resort Lionel Sonig bought 120,000 square meters.
“Only in the land purchase, design documentation and studies we’ve done, so far we have invested a little more than five million euros”, said Zindović.
